Automobile Accident - Albemarle County, Virginia

While traveling through an intersection controlled by a traffic light in Albemarle County, VA, the client was injured in a T-bone car crash.  The other driver was traveling between 35 and 45 miles per hour, causing significant property damage to the client's car.

Our client suffered multiple injures including: a burn above her left eye, two black eyes, and injures to her mid and lower back, right and left knees, left hand, right hip and neck.

The client was treated in the emergency room on three separate occasions.  The client received numerous diagnostic tests including a CT scan, an MRI and an X-ray.  The scans came back negative; however, the client's medical bills totaled over $13,000.

The case was tried before a jury.  No expert witnesses were used and all medical bills were entered through the client's testimony.  The jury awarded a $48,000 verdict to our client, significantly more than the insurance company offered.
